Welcome to Create-w-kat

Hi, my name is Kathy but you can call me Kat. First, I am a wife and Mother to 2 grown boys, and married to the most wonderful, caring man. We are now empty-nesters, and I really needed something to fill my time. It started when I lost my Mother in Aug. 2011. She had all sorts of pictures of us as children. They were stuffed into boxes and albums that were falling apart.
I knew I wanted to showcase these precious memories in a special way. Enter, scrapbooking.
Now, I am hooked! I find it relaxing, and it makes me happy to remember those times as a child. Now, I make albums for my husbands family too. I hope to inspire some of you to get creative, and preserve your family history in a beautiful, timeless manner.
